Office Manager

Welcome to our practice! As the office manager, I make sure our practice is running smoothly, and ensure that every patient has an excellent experience with us. I have been a proud member of our team since 1996 and have been in the dental field since 1988. Please don’t do the math!

My favorite part of my position is spending time talking with our family of patients as well as my great team members. Our doctors are passionate about dentistry and their patients, and they have invested a big part of themselves into our practice. I truly value their incredible skills and integrity.

In my personal time my husband Andrew and I love spending time with friends, traveling, various sports and reading. Our daughter Jessica lives in San Francisco where we spend quite a bit of time.

Appointment Coordinator

I’m the appointment administrator. I enjoy helping our wonderful patients schedule their appointments here. In my free time I spend time with my husband of 38 years, Jeff, our two children and our grandchild, Blake.

Michelle

Financial Coordinator

I’m Michelle, and I’m Creekside’s insurance coordinator. I’ve been at Creekside for over 16 years. I enjoy being a part of a dental team that creates a caring and professional experience for our patients.

In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my kids and many fur kids. I enjoy going to the gym, training my dogs, wine tasting and gardening.

Treatment Coordinator

My name is Michele Ann and I am the treatment coordinator here at Creekside. I enjoy working with this great team and helping our patients. 

When I am not at work I enjoy baking and cooking. My husband and I have fun cruising and going to the races. We have 2 great kids and 2 cute grandchildren.

Registered Dental Hygienist

I joined the team in 1995 as a hygienist and it has been wonderful to work in an environment that is based on relationships, communication, trust and quality. The connection and care that I’ve been able to establish over the years has been both professionally and personally rewarding.

My husband and I have enjoyed building our lives in our wonderful community of Vacaville. We love the outdoors, food, travel and spending time with our family, friends and fur babies!!! Looking forward to meeting you.

Registered Dental Hygienist

My career in Dentistry began in 1998, I graduated as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2003 and joined the Creekside team in 2005. Dental hygiene is my passion. I understand for many patients being in the dental chair is difficult. But, through time, building trust and providing a comfortable experience patients often overcome the dread they feel of coming in for their cleanings. I love building relationships with my patients and have developed wonderful friendships with so many of them. It truly brings me joy knowing I have provided a service that improves ones overall health!

I am happily married to my main man, Scott, for 17 years! We have been blessed with our son, Ari and daughter Olivia. We have two fur babies, Emma and Bae’le! Family life keeps me pretty busy. In my spare time, being with my family and friends is where you’ll find me. I love good food and being with the people I love.

Registered Dental Assistant

I am a registered dental hygienist and have been part of the team since 2015. Becoming a hygienist was always the goal for me. I’ve consistently enjoyed going to the dentist to get my teeth cleaned and wish to provide the same positive experience for my patients.

In my free time I love spending time with family and friends. My husband and I enjoy our fur babies and many home projects!

Registered Dental Assistant

I am a registered dental assistant and have been in the dental field for 25 years. I enjoy working with Dr. Hamed and Dr. Moezi. I can honestly say that I have always loved my career, particularly the positive atmosphere of this dental office. Our team starts each morning with an inspirational leading line and I really try to incorporate those into my life outside of work. Our team members definitely know our patients like they are family. I enjoy hearing all the laughing that goes on in our office from our patients and our team members.

I have been married for 25 years and our family really enjoys trying new camping spots around California.

Registered Dental Assistant

I’ve been in the dental field since 2011 and a registered dental assistant since 2013. I assist Dr. Hamed and Dr Moezi with various dental procedures. I love how passionate and caring they both are with our patients as well as with our team. I feel so fortunate to have found such an amazing office to be a part of. I myself am no stranger to the dental chair with my fair share of dentistry, so I really enjoy being able to not only comfort a patient that has fear or pain but also share in the excitement of a new smile. I love being a part of the esthetic change and watching a patient’s confidence grow along the way during treatment, it is extremely rewarding work. When I’m not at work, I enjoy spending time with my little family, yoga and taking trips when we can get away.

I am a registered dental assistant and I’ve been in the dental field for 5 years. I thoroughly enjoy working chairside with Dr. Hamed and Dr. Moezi, and particularly appreciate their positive attitude and detail-oriented office! I take pride in being a part of a team that is always going the extra mile to make our patients feel valued and cared for.  In my free time, I love to hike, explore new places with my husband and our dog Bo.
